دور المعلمين الجدد في تدعيم وتوجيه سلوك التلاميذ في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الابتدائي بمدينة باتنة

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة دور المعلمين الجدد توجيه وتدعيم سلوك التلاميذ في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة باتنة ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمدنا على استخدام المنهج الوصفي كونه ملائم، واستخدمنا أداة جمع البيانات حيث قمنا بتصميم استمارة استبيان توجيه وتدعيم السلوك الذي يظم 27 عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور وزعناها على عينة بلغت 50 مدرس التربية البدنية في الطور الابتدائي تم اختيارهم بطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة المعلمين الجدد بالمدارس الابتدائية بمدينة باتنة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الى تحقق فرضيات البحث، أن المعلمين الجدد لهم دور إيجابي في توجيه وتدعيم التلاميذ في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الابتدائي بمدينة باتنة وفي ضوء النتائج المتحصل عليها نقدم بعض المقترحات نحو إمكانية اجراء دراسة اقتراح برنامج بدورة تكوينية في تطبيق مجموع ألعاب شبه رياضية صغيرة متنوعة هادفة في درس التربية البدنية والرياضية لدى المعلمين في الطور الابتدائي. Abstract: This research aims to know the role of new teachers in Guidance and Strengthened students’ behavior in the physical education and sports class in the primary education stage in the city of Batna. To achieve the objectives of the research, we relied on the use of the descriptive approach because it is appropriate, and we used a data collection tool where we designed a questionnaire form for directing and strengthening behavior that includes 27 statements. It is divided into four axes, which we distributed to a sample of 50 physical education teachers in the primary stage New teachers in primary schools in the city of Batna were randomly selected from the study population. The results of the study led to the fulfillment of the research hypotheses, that new teachers have a positive role in directing and supporting students in the physical education and sports class in the primary stage in the city of Batna. In light of the results obtained, we present some Proposals towards the possibility of conducting a study proposing a program for a training course in applying a group of various small, purposeful para-sports games in the physical education and sports lesson for teachers in the primary.
