The Financing Legal Framework In Algeria And Its Role In Promoting Startups.

Abstract
Abstract This study aims to highlight the significance of various forms of financing in supporting and developing startups, which have become the primary engine of economic growth in modern nations. However, these entities face numerous financing difficulties due to their adoption of risk-based creative ideas, coupled with the reluctance of banks to grant credit and concerns regarding the sustainability of such firms. Consequently, the Algerian legislator has introduced supportive and financing mechanisms, providing a legal framework to facilitate the launch, continuity, and long-term viability of these projects. To this end, the "Fund for the Support and Development of the Startup Ecosystem" was established to contribute to the promotion and advancement of the startup environment and innovative ideas. ملخص: تهدف هذه ادراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التمويل بجميع أشكاله في دعم وتطوير الشركات الناشئة التي أصبحت المحرك الرئيسي للنمو الاقتصادي في الدول، إلا أنها لاقت صعوبات تمويلية عدة بسبب تبنيها لأفكار إبداعية قائمة على المخاطر بسبب احجام البنوك عن منحها الائتمان و بسبب المخاوف من استمرارية هذا النوع من الشركات، قام المشرع الجزائري باستحداث آليات داعمة و تمويلية للمؤسسات الناشئة، فضلا عن تأطيرها قانونيا من أجل المساهمة في اطلاق المشاريع أو استمرارها وضمان بقائها و ديمومتها، و في سبيل ذلك أنشأ صندوق دعم وتطوير المنظومة الاقتصادية للمؤسسات الناشئة Start-up للعمل على المساهمة في ترقية و تطوير بيئة المؤسسات الناشئة و الأفكار الابتكارية. كلمات مفتاحية:المؤسسات الناشئة.، آليات التمويل.، صندوق دعم وتطوير المؤسسات الناشئة.
