أركان الإسلام منطلقا لترسيخ التكافل الاجتماعي: دراسة مقاصدية في البعد الاجتماعي للعبادات.

الملخص
تحاول هذه الدراسة أن تبين المقاصد الاجتماعية لكل ركن من أركان الإسلام، وأن تستشف من خلال هذه الدراسة مبدأ التكافل الاجتماعي في المجتمع المسلم، وكما يتضح فالمخارج الاجتماعية لهذه الأركان تُؤسِّس للجماعة الإسلامية المتعاونة وللمجتمع المتكافل، إذ يقوم فيه أفراده مزاوجين بين أعمال القلوب وأعمال الجوارح. هذا البناء الرباني يجعل الفرد صالحًا في مجتمعه، كما يجعل المجتمع حاضنًا لأفراده، من هنا يعم مبدأ الخيرية عبر التكافل الاجتماعي من خلال التفاعل الرحيم والتآزر داخل المجتمع المسلم، فهو إعدادُ الله للمسلمين لحمل رسالة الإسلام والعمل على إعمار الأرض، وهذا لا يكون إلا بمجتمعٍ أفراده صالحون ومتعاونون ومتكافلون. كلمات مفتاحية: أركان الاسلام، تكافل اجتماعي، صلاة، مقاصد، ابن عاشور. Abstract: This study seeks to demonstrate the social objectives (Maqasid) of each pillar of Islam and to discern the principle of social solidarity within the Muslim society. As becomes evident, the social outcomes of these pillars establish a cooperative Islamic community and a cohesive society, where individuals harmonize the 'actions of the heart' with physical deeds. This divine structure not only cultivates virtuous individuals but also ensures the society acts as a nurturing environment for its members. Here, the principle of 'Goodness' (Khayriyyah) prevails through social solidarity, manifesting in compassionate interaction and mutual support. Ultimately, this represents God’s preparation for Muslims to carry the message of Islam and fulfill the duty of cultivating the earth—a task that can only be achieved by a society of righteous and cooperative individuals.
