الموسيقي في عصر الذّكاء الاصطناعي "الفرص والتحديات"

الملخص
الذّكاء الاصطناعي يحدث ثورة في صناعة الموسيقى، مُقدّماً فوائد هائلة ومناهج مبتكرة في التأليف والإنتاج والأداء. إلاّ أنّه يطرح أيضاً تحديات أخلاقية وقانونية. أهم ما توصلت إليه هذه الدراسة هي: أنّ الذّكاء الاصطناعي ليس أفضل من الموسيقي بل هو أسرع، أرخص، ومتاح؛ ولا يحل محل الملحنين الموسيقيين، بل يعمل كمساعد إبداعي، يُولّد الأفكار، ويقترح التآلفات، يزيد في الإنتاجية، لكنّه لا يلغي الحاجة إلى الموسيقي المسلّح بالمهارات والمعرفة.كما يجب أن تكون هناك قوانين تضمن تعويضًا عادلًا للموسيقيين، ومطوري الذّكاء الاصطناعي مع الحفاظ على النزاهة الفنية.أهم ما نوصي به: جعل الذّكاء الاصطناعي مقياسا يُدرس في قسم علوم الموسيقى، لأخذ منافعه وتجنب سلبياته. Abstract: Artificial intelligence is bringing about a profound transformation in the music industry by offering vast opportunities and innovative approaches to composition, production, and performance. However, this advancement also raises ethical and legal challenges that require careful consideration and regulation. This study finds that artificial intelligence is not superior to the musician in terms of creative value; rather, it is faster, more cost-effective, and more accessible. It does not replace composers or musicians but functions as a creative assistant, generating ideas, suggesting harmonies, and enhancing productivity, while the need for skilled and knowledgeable musicians remains essential. The study also emphasizes the necessity of establishing legal frameworks that ensure fair compensation for both musicians and AI developers, while preserving artistic integrity. It further recommends incorporating artificial intelligence as a course module within music science programs in order to maximize its benefits and mitigate its potential drawbacks.
