البحث العلمي ودوره في النهوض بالجامعة الجزائرية

الملخص
تتمثَّل أهمية البحث العلمي في عديد من الأوجه التي سوف نتعرف عليها عبر عناصر ومحتوى هذا العمل ، وقبل أن نتطرق لذلك ينبغي أن نوضح للباحثين المهتمين بهذا المجال أن الفرق بيننا وبين الآخرين أصبح شاسعًا للغاية، وأن الدور المنوط بنا على قدر كبير من الأهمية، حيث إن البحث العلمي هو طوق النجاة لجميع ما يواجهنا من مشكلات في مختلف المجالات والأصعدة ، ويجب علينا بذل قصارى الجهد لتضييق الهوة، والارتقاء بالأمة، والابتعاد عن الأسلوب النمطي في البحث العلمي، فنحن في أمس الحاجة إلى الجديد ، وفي أمس الحاجة إلى مساهمة هذه البحوث العلمية الجديدة في النهوض والارتقاء بجامعاتنا الجزائرية ، لأن البحث الأكاديمي الجاد له دور كبير في تنمية الجامعة وتطورها ، وبهذا يتبين لنا أن علاقة البحث العلمي بالجامعة كعلاقة الأكسجين بجسم الانسان ، فبدون بحث علمي جاد سيؤول مصير الهيئات الجامعية لا محال إلى الشلل والركود . Abstract: The importance of scientific research is embodied in many aspects that we will learn about through the elements and content of this work. Before we delve into that, we should clarify to researchers interested in this field that the gap between us and others has become very vast, and that the role entrusted to us is of great importance, as scientific research is the lifeline for all the problems we face in various fields and levels. We must do our utmost to narrow the gap, elevate the nation, and move away from the stereotypical approach in scientific research. We are in dire need of the new, and we are in dire need of the contribution of this new scientific research to the advancement and elevation of our Algerian universities, because serious academic research has a major role in the development and progress of the university. Thus, it becomes clear to us that the relationship of scientific research to the university is like the relationship of oxygen to the human body. Without serious scientific research, the fate of university bodies will inevitably lead to paralysis and stagnation.
