تأثير تبني التقنيات الحديثة على كفاءة العمليات الإدارية : دراسة ميدانية على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تبني التقنيات الحديثة، والمتمثلة في البنية التحتية التقنية، والتحول الرقمي، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، على كفاءة العمليات الإدارية داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث وُزِّع على عينة من العاملين في ثلاث مؤسسات اقتصادية جزائرية هي: نفطال، ومؤسسة الإسمنت، ومناجم الفوسفاط. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير إيجابي معنوي لتبني التقنيات الحديثة على كفاءة العمليات الإدارية، من خلال تسريع إنجاز الأعمال، تحسين تخصيص الموارد، تعزيز التنسيق بين الوحدات الإدارية، ودعم جودة اتخاذ القرار. كما بيّنت النتائج أن التحول الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي يشكلان عاملين حاسمين في رفع الأداء الإداري. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني استراتيجية رقمية متكاملة، مع الاستثمار في تطوير البنية التحتية التقنية وتكثيف برامج التكوين المستمر للموارد البشرية. Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of adopting modern technologies—namely technological infrastructure, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence applications—on the efficiency of administrative operations within economic institutions. To achieve this objective, the descriptive-analytical approach was employed, using a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of employees in three Algerian economic institutions: Naftal, the Cement Company, and the Phosphate Mines. The findings reveal a statistically significant positive effect of modern technology adoption on the efficiency of administrative operations, manifested in faster task completion, improved resource allocation, enhanced coordination among administrative units, and better decision-making quality. The results further indicate that digital transformation and artificial intelligence play a decisive role in improving administrative performance. Accordingly, the study recommends adopting an integrated digital strategy, investing in the development of technological infrastructure, and intensifying continuous training programs for human resources.
