ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث المقاولاتية الخضراء في الجزائر من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية تهدف إلى فهم طبيعة هذا النوع من المشاريع والعوامل المؤثرة في نشأتها وتطورها داخل السياق الجزائري تنطلق الدراسة من إشكالية رئيسية تتمثل في تحديد أهم المقومات التي تدعم انتشار ريادة الأعمال الخضراء، مقابل المعوقات التي قد تحدّ من فعاليتها ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. يهدف البحث إلى تحليل الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والمؤسساتية المرتبطة بهذا المجال، وتسليط الضوء على التحديات البنيوية التي تواجه نمو المشاريع الخضراء وانعكاساتها على استدامتها. اعتمدت الدراسة منهجًا وصفيًا تحليليًا مدعومًا بمراجعة الأدبيات المتخصصة والوثائق الرسمية وتحليل البيانات المرتبطة بالواقع الجزائري. وتشير النتائج إلى أن تطوير ريادة الأعمال الخضراء يتطلب بناء منظومة متكاملة قائمة على دعم مؤسسي فعال، وتكامل بين الفاعلين وترسيخ ثقافة بيئية محفزة للمبادرة والابتكار، بما يعزز مسار التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: This study examines green entrepreneurship in Algeria through a sociological approach aimed at understanding the nature of this type of venture and the factors influencing its emergence and development within the Algerian context. The research is guided by a central problem focused on identifying the key enablers that support the spread of green entrepreneurship, as well as the barriers that may limit its effectiveness and role in achieving sustainable development. The study seeks to analyze the economic, social, and institutional dimensions associated with this field, while highlighting the structural challenges that affect the growth and sustainability of green ventures. A descriptive-analytical method was adopted, supported by a review of specialized literature, official documents, and an analysis of data related to the Algerian context. The findings indicate that advancing green entrepreneurship requires building an integrated ecosystem based on effective institutional support, coordination among stakeholders, and the promotion of an environmental culture that fosters initiative and innovation, thereby strengthening the path toward sustainable development.
