تأثير البراديغمات الفلسفية على الخيارات المنهجية في العلوم السياسية

الملخص
تعالج هذه الورقة إشكالية الفصل التعسفي بين المنهجية كأدوات تقنية والبراديغمات الفلسفية المؤطرة لها في البحث السياسي، ونجادل بأن كل خيار منهجي (كمي، نوعي، أو مختلط) في جوهره انعكاس حتمي لالتزامات وجودية ومعرفية مسبقة (وضعية أو تفسيرية، نقدية أو براغماتية)، وتكشف هذه الدراسة كيف تملي هذه الافتراضات هيكل البحث وخطواته؛ لتخلص إلى نتيجة مفادها أن إنتاج معرفة سياسية رصينة لا يستقيم إلا بامتلاك الباحث وعيا فلسفيا عميقا يوجه هندسة بحثه، بدلا من الاكتفاء بالاستعارة العمياء لأدوات البحث دون فهم ومنطلقاتها. This paper examines the problematic and arbitrary dichotomy between methodology, often reduced to technical tools, and the philosophical paradigms that underpin it within political research. We argue that every methodological choice–whether quantitative, qualitative, or mixed–is intrinsically an inevitable reflection of specific ontological and epistemological commitments (positivist, interpretivist, critical, or pragmatic). By demonstrating how these philosophical assumptions dictate the logic of research design and its procedural steps, the study concludes that the production of rigorous political knowledge is contingent upon the researcher possessing a deep philosophical awareness. This awareness must guide the "architecture" of the research, moving beyond the blind appropriation of analytical tools divorced from their foundational premises
