Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال تطور علم أصول الفقه من البيان النبوي إلى التأسيس الشافعي، مرورا بالغزالي وتوظيفه للعقل،ثم إبن حزم بموقفه النقدي وصولا إلى الشاطبي الذي بلور البعد المقاصدي والبرهاني، يكشف هذا المسار عن تفاعل النص والعقل في بناء المنهج الأصولي، وعن إنتقال العلم من مجرد ضبط للنصوص إلى تأسيس رؤيا عقلية ومقاصدية أكثر شمولا، ويخلص المقال إلى أن هذا التطور يعكس حيوية أصول الفقه وقدرته على الإستجابة لتحديات الواقع. This article addresses the development of the science of the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (usul al-fiqh) from the prophetic guidance to the establishment of Al-Shafi'i's methodology, passing through Al-Ghazali and his use of reason, then Ibn Hazm with his critical approach, and culminating with Al-Shatibi who articulated the maqasid (objectives) and logical dimension. This trajectory reveals the interaction between text and reason in building the methodological framework, and the transition of the discipline from merely regulating texts to establishing a more comprehensive rational and purpose-driven vision. The article concludes that this development reflects the vitality of usul al-fiqh and its ability to respond to real-world challenges
