Authors : Djokhdem Moussa .

Abstract

In light of the profound transformations taking place in the contemporary digital environment, digital interaction has become one of the most important strategic approaches to reshaping the relationship between institutions and their communities. Digital communication is no longer merely a media outlet or promotional tool, but rather an integrated space for expressing institutional values and social responsibility. This study aims to analyze the interactive relationship between digitization and social responsibility through a comparative approach between the experiences of Arab and international institutions, with the aim of determining the maturity of responsible digital practices and exploring their communication and strategic dimensions. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably: the need to integrate social responsibility into the digital strategies of Arab institutions, develop legislation that supports more effective digital governance, and adopt artificial intelligence and data analysis tools to measure the impact of community initiatives. It also called for building a responsible digital culture that balances technological innovation with ethical commitment, thus consolidating the concept of corporate digital citizenship as one of the pillars of sustainable development in the Arab world..
