الملخص

ملخص: تستعرض هذه الدراسة محاولة فهم وظيفة التحليل السياسي باعتباره العملية التي يمكن من خلالها معرفة مضمون وطبيعة القرارات على كافة الأصعدة، التي من شأنها تبسيط الميكانيزمات المعقدة المرتبطة بالقضايا المختلفة المشكلة للحياة العامة للأفراد، فمن خلاله تتجلى المهارات النقدية والفكرية التي تساعد المختصين على تحديد المتغيرات، وبالتالي معرفة العوامل والتفاعلات المفسرة لتبني سياسات على حساب سياسات أخرى، غير أن أدوات التحليل السياسي التي يستعين بها الباحثين ارتبطت في بدايتها بقدرات ومهارات العقل البشري في توظيف هاته الأدوات وفق مدلولاتها العلمية، الا أن الديناميكية الطارئة اليوم في مجال البحث العلمي عموما والعلوم السياسية على وجه الخصوص فرضت تقنيات مستحدثة كانت نتيجة منطقية للتطور التكنولوجي الحاصل والذي سمح ببروز أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي التي غيرت نمط التفاعل بين الانسان والآلة. :Abstract This study seeks to explore an understanding of the function of political analysis as a process through which the substance and nature of decisions at all levels can be discerned, in a manner that simplifies the complex mechanisms associated with the various issues constituting individuals’ public life. Through this process, critical and intellectual skills emerge that assist specialists in identifying variables and, consequently, in determining the factors and interactions that explain the adoption of certain policies over others. However, the tools of political analysis employed by researchers were initially linked to the capacities and skills of the human mind in utilizing these tools in accordance with their scientific connotations. Yet, the emerging dynamism in the field of scientific research in general, and in political science in particular, has imposed newly developed techniques that constitute a logical outcome of ongoing technological advancement. This development has enabled the emergence of artificial intelligence systems, which have transformed the pattern of interaction between humans and machines.
