الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر الجرائم الاقتصادية بأنواعها المختلفة ، أكثر تأثيرا و أشد خطرا على برامج التنمية والتقدم الحضاري وكدا الاستثمار في الدولة، إذ أنها تحول دون تقدمه نحو النمو الاقتصادي وتضر بمصالحه ولاسيما في الوقت المعاصر حيث الانفتاح الاقتصادي والتقدم السريع لكافة مناحي الحياة والثورة التكنولوجية التي بدورها ازدادت بسبب عولمة الاقتصاد وبالتالي عولمة النشاط الإجرامي ، كما لم تعد الجرائم الاقتصادية محصورة بحدود دولة ما وإنما عبرت الحدود إلى دول أخرى، بحيث قد ترتكب في دولة معينة ويتم تنفيذها في دولة أخرى، كما قد ينتمي مرتكبوها إلى جنسيات مختلفة الأمر الذي دفع الكثير من الدول إلى التعاون في مكافحتها باعتبارها مصلحة وطنية ودولية وللجريمة الاقتصادية بالغ الخطورة على اقتصاديات الدول، بسبب صعوبة حصرها وتحديدها لأنها في تنامي مستمر بتطور المجتمع . Abstract : Economic crimes of all kinds are considered to be more influential and more dangerous to development programs, civilizational progress, and investment in the country, as they prevent it from progressing towards economic growth and harm its interests, especially in the contemporary era with economic openness, rapid progress in all aspects of life, and the technological revolution, which in turn has increased due to the globalization of the economy and consequently the globalization of criminal activity. Economic crimes are no longer confined to the borders of a particular country, but have crossed borders to other countries, as they may be committed in one country and carried out in another. Their perpetrators may also belong to different nationalities, which has prompted many countries to cooperate in combating them as a national and international interest. Economic crime is extremely dangerous to the economies of countries, due to the difficulty of enumerating and defining it, as it is constantly growing with the development of society
