Abstract

E-commerce has emerged as a highly important field, driven by its ongoing evolution as a result of technological progress. International legal systems have devoted significant attention to regulating electronic commercial transactions, while Arab countries are working to align themselves with these developments. This context raises important questions regarding the legal and technical frameworks governing e-commerce in Arab countries, based on available data, as a strategic step toward engaging in this promising sector. This study seeks to clarify the concept of e-commerce, examine a range of Arab experiences in this field, and assess the current state of e-commerce across Arab countries.
