Abstract : This article examines the strategic role of digital transformation in redesigning financial services through the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, and automation. Based on a systematic literature review, the study highlights how financial institutions are increasingly adopting intelligent applications to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and strengthen their competitive advantage. The findings indicate that digital transformation is no longer merely a technological upgrade but a strategic necessity driven by customer expectations, regulatory pressures, and rapid FinTech growth. Additionally, cooperation between traditional financial institutions and FinTech companies creates new opportunities for innovation, while also posing challenges related to cybersecurity, skills development, and regulatory compliance. The study concludes that successful digital transformation requires technological investment, organizational restructuring, and collaborative ecosystems to build sustainable and customer-centric financial services.
