ملخص: مع تزايد اندماج الذكاء الاصطناعي في عمليات الأعمال، برزت تحديات أخلاقية مرتبطة باستخدامه، والتي في مقدمتها، أمن البيانات، والتحيز الخوارزمي، وعدم وضوح المساءلة...إلخ. لذا أتى معيار ISO/IEC 42001. 2023 للمساهمة في الحد من المخاطر الأخلاقية. ومن هذا الباب سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال البحثي التالي: كيف يتم دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل مسؤول في عالم الأعمال وفق المعيار الدولي الجديد ISO/IEC 42001. 2023، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا المبتغى فإن هذه الورقة، تقدم مراجعة سردية شاملة للأدبيات متعددة التخصصات، تم تسليط الضوء فيها على نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي المدار بشكل أخلاقي على حسب معيار ISO/IEC 42001. 2023 من أجل تعزيز ثقة أصحاب المصلحة. وقد خلصت المقالة إلى أن اعتماد معيار ISO/IEC 42001:2023 يعمل على تبسيط الامتثال، وتحسين الشفافية، وتعزيز نشر الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل مسؤول، مما يعزز الابتكار المسؤول ويسرع التحول الرقمي بطريقة محكمة وآمنة وشفافة. الكلمات المفتاحية: أخلاقيات العمل، الذكاء الاصطناعي، الشفافية، ISO 42001. تصنيف JEL : O32 Abstract: As artificial intelligence (AI) becomes increasingly embedded in business operations, critical ethical challenges have emerged, most notably regarding data security, algorithmic bias, and ambiguities in accountability. In response, the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standard was introduced to mitigate these ethical risks. Accordingly, this study seeks to address the following research question: How can AI be responsibly integrated into the corporate environment in alignment with the new international standard ISO/IEC 42001:2023? To achieve this objective, this paper presents a comprehensive narrative review of multidisciplinary literature, highlighting an ethically managed AI model based on the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 framework to bolster stakeholder trust. The study concludes that the adoption of ISO/IEC 42001:2023 streamlines regulatory compliance, enhances transparency, and promotes the responsible deployment of AI. Ultimately, this standard fosters responsible innovation and accelerates digital transformation within a controlled, secure, and transparent framework.
