الملخص
يستند العمل الطوبونيمي على مجموعة من الوسائل هي أدوات علوم أخرى ينتقي منها الباحث الطوبونيمي ما يحدد به رؤيته لدراسة اسم المكان ، إذ يختار اللِّساني البُعد اللغوي الاشتقاقي للأسماء ، ويختار الجغرافي البعد التصنيفي لاسم المكان باعتبار طبيعة موقعه ، ويختار المؤرخ اسم المكان باعتباره شاهدا على حدث ما ،حاملا لحمولة ثقافية اجتماعية وتاريخية للأقوام الذين سكنوا وعمَّروا . وهي بهذا فرع من المعرفة تتجاذبه جلُّ المعارف الإنسانية ، وهي بدورها تستفيد من معطياته في تقديم الحقيقة وتثبيتها أو في نفي معرفة ما . من هذا المنطلق سنقدم عيِّنات لطوبونيما جوهرة الغرب الجزائري تلمسان ، يتجلَّى من خلالها حفظ التاريخ السياسي للمنطقة ، مبرزين كيف أن طابع المكان وحكايته يحيلان إلى طبيعة كل حكم ورؤيته . Abstract: The toponymic work is based on a set of means are other science tools from which the toponymic researcher selects what determines his vision to study the name of the place, the historian chooses the name of the place as a witness to an event, carrying a cultural, social and historical load for the people who lived and lived. Thus, it is a branch of knowledge attracted by most human knowledge, and it in turn benefits from its data in presenting and confirming the truth or in denying knowledge. From this point of view, we will present samples of the toponima, the jewel of the Algerian west, Tlemcen, through which the preservation of the political history of the region is reflected, highlighting how the character of the place and its story refer to the nature and vision of each ruler.
