الأعراف الأخلاقية الاجتماعية ودورها في تعزيزالأمن الاجتماعي في المنصات الرقمية

الملخص
تع ّد الأعراف في ُك ّل ُمجتمع ركيزة رئيسة في تماسكه، ولبنة أساس ّية في تجانسه؛ تقي أفراده في من الانحرافات الدين ّية، وتصونهم عن الانصياع للتيارات الفكرّية الدخيلة، وُتسهم بذلك الحفاظ على استقرار المجتمعات، واستمرار الحضارات؛ حيث إن أخطر ما يتس ّبب في اضطراب المجتمعات هو ُطغيان نماذج تفكيرّي ٍة غريبة عنها على أفرادها، وأعظ َم ما ُيربك الحضارات هو تس ّلط ت ّيارات وافدة على أعرافها، وتأثيرها في السكينة المجتمع َّية التي صنعتها تقاليدها وعوائدها؛ وعليه فإن ُكل مجتمع يبذل الأسباب لأجل إحاطة هذه الأعراف بسياجات تر ّد عنها التهديدات، وصيانتها بإجراءات تص ّد عنها الهجمات، فيع ّمق أعرافه وتقاليده في نفوس أبنائه من خلال مناهج تربوَّية ومسالك تعليم َّية، وُي َر ِّّسخ عوائده الاجتماع َّية في ُع ُقول شبابه بمختلف الوسائل التثقيف َّية والإعلام َّية، يطبع بها تص ُّرفاتهم، ويصبغ بها تح ُّركاتهم، محافظا بذلك على سياقهم الفكري، وصائنا بسعيه ذلك أم َن ُهم الاجتماع ّي، بيد أ ّن الوسائل التقن َّية المعاصرة، والوسائط ال َّرقم َّية الـ ُمتكاثرة، ف َّتحت ُعقول الجيل وأنظارهم على العالم الفسيح، وجمعت لهم الحسن والقبيح، ووضعت يغتِّص المنظومات ال ُعرف َّية الاجتماع َّية في تح ٍّد أربك ُخططها، وأوقعتها في ُمواجهة شرسة مع وسائ َل بنماذج غرب َّية بعيدة عن أهدافها، و ُمعادية لقيمها وأخلاقها، ويأتي هذا البحث ُمحاولا تبيان بعض التح ِّّديات التي جاءت بها تلك الوسائل، و ُمقاربا بعض الـ ُحلول التي يتغ َّيا أن تس ّد دونها المداخل. Customs in every society serve as a fundamental pillar of its cohesion and a key element of its harmony. They protect individuals from religious deviations, safeguard them from alien intellectual currents, and thus contribute to the preservation of societal stability and the continuity of civilizations. The most serious cause of social disruption lies in the dominance of foreign modes of thought over a community’s members, while the greatest threat to civilizations stems from invasive currents that undermine traditional norms and the social tranquility shaped by inherited customs. Accordingly, each society strives to fortify these customs through protective frameworks and defensive measures. It reinforces its traditions and values among its members through educational systems and learning processes, embedding social norms in the minds of the youth by various cultural and media means. Through these, it molds their behavior and guides their actions, preserving its intellectual identity and safeguarding its social security. However, modern technological tools and proliferating digital platforms have exposed the younger generation to the vastness of the world — presenting both the good and the bad. This has placed traditional social customs in a challenging position, disrupting their frameworks and confronting them with Western models that often contradict or oppose local values and ethics. This study seeks to highlight some of the challenges posed by these digital means and to propose potential solutions aimed at limiting their negative impact.
