Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on Arab labor markets amid rapid global shifts driven by information technology and artificial intelligence; to achieve this, the study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology, reviewing theoretical literature and international reports while comparing the Arab digital reality with the global context. The findings reveal that digital transformation reshapes labor market structures by creating new digital-economy jobs while eroding routine, automatable positions, thereby shifting skill demand toward digital, analytical, and creative competencies. Furthermore, a clear gap persists between education outputs and digital labor market requirements, alongside significant disparities in digital readiness among Arab countries; ultimately, digital transformation offers a genuine opportunity for employment and entrepreneurship, yet it poses challenges of structural unemployment, skill mismatches, and unequal access, necessitating effective educational, training, and legislative policies for a just transition toward the digital economy.
