الملخص: إنَّ المطروح هنا ليس اجتهاداً فقهيًا في الواقع الاجتماعي، بل يُنظر إليه شأنًا ثقافيًا واجتماعيًا ولأجل ذلك، كان البحث مضطراً لأن يتحرك بين فصول الرواية، محاولاً الكشف عن ملامح السردية الروائية، أثناء تحللها بين ثنايا الواقع الاجتماعي، إضافةً إلى محاولة اختراق التاريخ المغربي، الذي اتُخذ منه "عبد الكريم غلاب"، مِشْعَلاً بُغية تحقيق فهم سوسيوثقافي على أرض الواقع، وما يُهمنا هنا الجو الواقعي الاجتماعي التاريخي. Abstract : What is presented here is not a jurisprudential interpretation of social cultural matter, for this reason.
