دور الارشاد النفسي في المؤسسات التربوية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإرشاد النفسي في المؤسسات التربوية، وبيان أهميته في دعم الصحة النفسية للمتعلمين وتحقيق نموهم الشامل، حيث تناولت الدراسة مفهوم الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي، وأهدافه، وأساليبه، والسمات الواجب توفرها في المرشد النفسي، مع التركيز على الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة داخل المؤسسة التربوية ودورها في تحسين جودة حياة الطلبة نفسيًا وأكاديميًا واجتماعيًا ومهنيًا، من أبرزها أن الإرشاد النفسي يُعد ركيزة أساسية في العملية التربوية والتوجيهية، لما له من دور فعّال في مساعدة الطلبة على التكيف مع مشكلاتهم المختلفة، وتعزيز قدراتهم على اتخاذ القرارات السليمة، كما أكدت النتائج أن نجاح العملية الإرشادية يرتبط بتوفر الظروف المناسبة داخل المؤسسة التربوية، وامتلاك المرشد النفسي للكفاءات والمهارات المهنية اللازمة، مما يساهم في تعزيز فعالية الإرشاد وتحقيق أهدافه التربوية. This study aims to highlight the role of psychological counseling in educational institutions and to demonstrate its importance in supporting students' mental health and promoting their overall development. The study addressed the concept of psychological and educational counseling, its objectives, methods, and the qualities required of a counselor, with a focus on the counseling services provided within the educational institution and their role in improving students' academic, psychological, social, and professional well-being. The study relied on a bibliographic-analytical approach by reviewing a range of references and previous studies related to the topic. The findings revealed that psychological counseling is a fundamental pillar in the educational and guidance process, as it effectively helps students cope with various challenges and enhances their ability to make sound decisions. The results also emphasized that the success of the counseling process depends on the availability of suitable conditions within the educational institution and the counselor’s possession of the necessary professional skills and competencies, which contributes to the effectiveness of counseling and the achievement of its educational goals.
