الملخص
الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل مسار التعليم في الجزائر خلال ستين سنة من الاستقلال، من خلال تتبّع أهم التحولات والإصلاحات التي عرفها النظام التربوي، واستشراف ملامح مدرسة 2030 في ضوء التحديات الوطنية والعالمية الراهنة. اعتمدت الدراسة مقاربة تحليلية واستشرافية لتفكيك العوامل البنيوية والتاريخية التي أثّرت في تطور المدرسة الجزائرية، مع التركيز على دور الإصلاحات التربوية في بناء منظومة تعليمية وطنية فعّالة. أظهرت النتائج أن التعليم في الجزائر حقق مكاسب معتبرة في مجالي التعميم والمجانية، مع استمرار التحديات المرتبطة بتحسين نوعية التعليم وتطوير كفاءته بما يتماشى مع متطلبات العصر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق مدرسة 2030 يستوجب تبنّي رؤية استراتيجية قائمة على الاستشراف والتكامل بين الهوية الوطنية والانفتاح التكنولوجي، لضمان بناء منظومة تعليمية قادرة على مواكبة تحولات القرن الحادي والعشرين Abstract This study aims to analyze the trajectory of education in Algeria over sixty years of independence by tracing the major transformations and reforms experienced by the national educational system, while envisioning the features of the School of 2030 in light of current national and global challenges. The study adopted an analytical and foresight-based approach to deconstruct the structural and historical factors that have shaped the evolution of Algerian schooling, with a particular focus on the role of educational reforms in building an effective national system. The findings reveal that education in Algeria has achieved significant progress in terms of accessibility and free schooling, yet challenges persist regarding the improvement of quality and the development of competencies in line with the demands of the modern era. The study concludes that achieving the vision of School 2030 requires adopting a strategic framework grounded in foresight and a balance between national identity and technological openness, ensuring the construction of an educational system capable of keeping pace with the transformations of the twenty-first century.
