Abstract
Abstract: This studyaimed to examine the impact of organizational culture on employees’ mental health at Sonelgaz Company. It alsosought to assess the levels of organizational culture and mental health and to explore gender-baseddifferencesbetweenthem. A descriptive research design wasemployedusingorganizational culture and mental healthscalesadministered to a purposivesample of 40 employees. Data wereanalyzedusing SPSS. The findingsrevealed high levels of perceivedorganizational culture and mental healthamongemployees, with no statisticallysignificantgenderdifferences in either variable. The resultsfurtherindicatedthatorganizational culture significantlypredictsemployees’ mental health.
