This study aims to identify the level of administrative performance of the National Center for Sports Talent Care according to the Deming Model and Deming Prize for Total Quality. For this purpose, the descriptive method using the survey approach was employed on a sample consisting of (377) administrative staff members, selected through complete enumeration (census) from the actual population. To collect data, a questionnaire was used, developed in accordance with Deming’s criteria. It included (50) items distributed across (10) domains and was based on a five-point Likert scale. After collecting the results and processing them statistically, it was found that the level of administrative performance was higher than the hypothetical mean. The domain of future plans ranked first, followed by domains such as control and organization and management, whereas specifications and quality assurance were relatively lower. Accordingly, the study recommended institutional implementation of the PDCA cycle, documentation of procedures (SOPs), adoption of internal audits and performance indicators, and linking training to performance gaps.
