مساهمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في مواجهة التهديدات السيبرانية بالقطاع المصرفي

الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز الأمن السيبراني بالقطاع المصرفي، عبر تحليل مفاهيم كل منهما وطبيعة العلاقة التكاملية بينهما. وقد توصلت النتائج إلى إسهام الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل فعَّال في حماية الأنظمة المصرفية، حيث أكدت الإحصائيات مساعدة التقنيات المعتمدة عليه في خفض تكاليف الخروقات الأمنية وتسريع الاستجابة لها. إلا أن التطبيق لا يخلو من تحديات، أبرزها مواكبة التهديدات الإلكترونية المتسارعة وبعض القيود المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. بناءً على ذلك، توصي الدراسة بتعزيز الاستثمار في تطوير وتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي للأمن السيبراني، مع التركيز على البنية التحتية الرقمية وتأهيل الكوادر المتخصصة. كما تشدد على أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات المالية لتبادل الخبرات والإنذارات المبكرة، وإقامة شراكات مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية لابتكار حلول متقدمة والاستعداد للمخاطر المستقبلية. This research paper addresses the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing cybersecurity within the banking sector by analyzing the fundamental concepts of each and exploring the nature of their complementary relationship. The findings indicate that AI contributes effectively to protecting banking systems, with statistics confirming that AI-based technologies help reduce the costs of security breaches and accelerate response times. However, the implementation is not without challenges, most notably keeping pace with rapidly evolving cyber threats and certain limitations associated with artificial intelligence itself. Accordingly, the study recommends increasing investment in the development and deployment of AI technologies for cybersecurity, with a focus on digital infrastructure and training specialized personnel. It also emphasizes the importance of enhancing cooperation among financial institutions to exchange expertise and early warnings, and establishing partnerships with academic and research institutions to develop innovative solutions and continue research and development efforts in preparation for future risks.
