الملخص
يعتبر المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان إحدى المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان في الجزائر الذي تمت ترقيته إلى هيئة دستورية بمقتضى التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 باعتباره هيئة إستشارية موضوعة لدى رئيس الجمهورية يعمل على ترقية و تعزيز حماية حقوق الإنسان . لذا سوف نتطرق من خلال دراستنا لهذا الموضوع لتبيان أهمية و دور المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان في ترقية و حماية المنظومة الحقوقية، و ذلك من خلال ابراز مكانته في النظام الجزائري لما له من صلاحيات و اختصاصات ممنوحة له بمقتضى أحكام المادة 212 من التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 و النصوص القانونية المنشأة له . The national council for human rights is considered one of the national human rights institutions in algeria which was promoted to as constitutional body pursuant to the constitutional amendment of 2016 as a consulting body subject to the honor of the president of the republic working to promote and enhance the protection of human rights Therfore through our study of this topic we will address this topic to demonstrate the importance and role of the national council for human rights in promoting and protecting the human rights system by highlighting its position in the algeria system because of the powers and competencies granted to it under the provisions of article 212 of the constitutional amendment of 2020 and the legal texts establishing it .
