Exploiting Endowment Real Estate As A Legal Mechanism To Achieve Investment Development In Algeria

Abstract
Endowment real estate, as a type of real estate ownership, contributes to supporting development on both the economic and other levels. It has become a modern investment destination and a source of development that Algerian legislators have long sought to achieve. The Algerian legislator has attached importance to regulating the mechanisms for its exploitation, through Executive Decree No 18-213 of 20 August 2018,Accordingly the issuance of this decree comes after a positive step towards strengthening the developmental role of investment in endowment real estate in Algeria, but it still faces some challenges.
