تقويم كفايتي المعلم البيداغوجية الأساسية في التواصل البيداغوجي وإدارة الصف في المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بقسنطينة حسب أراء الطلبة و الأساتذة

الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى تقصي أراء الطلبة الأساتذة (المتكونين)، حول تكوينهم البيداغوجي بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة، والمتمثل عموما في تحصيل أو اكتساب الكفايات الضرورية والأساسية لممارسة وظيفة التعليم، أو بعبارة أخرى التمكن من القيام بالأدوارالمختلفة للمعلم، ونركز عموما على كفايات تنفيذ الدرس، والمتمثلة في التواصل البيداغوجي، إضافة إلى كفايات تسيير الصف، أو إدارته وبهذا الشكل نكون قد تقصينا أهم الكفايات التي تؤهل المتكون للقيام بعمل المعلم، ووقفنا على مدى اكتساب هذه الكفايات والتمكن منها حسب أراء الطلبة المتكونين.كشفت الدراسة عن نتائج مرتفعة في تقدير الطلبة لاكتساب هذه الكفايات على العموم كما جاء في متن هذه الدراسة. ABSTRACT: This study aims at investigating the attitudes of students at teacher’s higher training school of Constantine towards pedagogical teacher’s competencies in classroom communication and classroom management; the researcher used the five-gradual scale in order to measure the attitudes of students towards the competencies of classroom communication and classroom management. This scale consists of 18 items; it is in fact a part of a questionnaire established by the researcher to investigate the whole teacher’s higher training school of Constantine towards pedagogical teacher’s competencies, which are preparing-put in practice and evaluating competencies of 47 items. The sample of the study consists of 254 students from all specialties of the teacher’s higher training school of Constantine. The results of statistical [T] refer that there is no existence of difference significant at the 0.005 level between the student’s attitudes towards the competencies of classroom communication and classroom management. And that they have highly estimated that they have acquired classroom communication and classroom management competencies according to the study results.
