Abstract: This study examines the literary representation of wandering and madness as paradigms of resistance in Léonora Miano's L'Intérieur de la nuit. Through a textual and theoretical analysis, we demonstrate how these concepts structure the female experience in the face of postcolonial social determinisms. Our research articulates three complementary dimensions: wandering as a multifaceted existential condition, madness as a social construct and political language, and their convergence in a reconfiguration of marginalized identities. Keywords: Existential wandering; Female condition; Hybrid identity; Postcolonial novel; Resistant madness.
