أدوار ومسؤوليات الأستاذ وانعكاساتها على المتعلم بين النمطية والحداثة The Roles And Responsibilities Of Teachers And Their Impact On Learners: Between Tradition And Modernity

الملخص
إن محاولة النهوض بأي مؤسسة تعليمية من أجل تحقيق المستوى المطلوب من الجودة في مخرجاتها، يقتضي من القائمين عليها وضع تصور مستقبلي واضح، ينطلق من تقييم شامل، موضوعي ودقيق للوضع الراهن بمختلف مكوناته من أجل وضع خطة مستقبلية واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ حسب الأهداف المسطرة على مستوى المخرجات، الأمر الذي يتطلب مراجعة أدوار ومسؤوليات كل طرف ضمن مكوناتها، بما فيها الأستاذ كأحد العناصر الفاعلة والمحور الرئيس في العملية التربوية، لأنه من خلال التحديد المضبوط لدوره تتحدد مسؤولياته، سواء في النمط التقليدي المبني على مركزية دوره و ما يترتب عن هذا الموقع من انعكاسات على المتعلم كأحد مخرجات هذا النمط، أو في النمط الحديث بما فيه الإلكتروني الذي يأخذ فيه المتعلم الدور المركزي دون إلغاء لدور الأستاذ، الذي سيتحول دوره ويتغير ليصبح أكثر دقة وأهميه، هذا الاتجاه الذي فرضه التطور التكنولوجي في تقنيات الإعلام والاتصال والتواصل وعصر الانفجار المعرفي وتعدد مصادر المعرفة وتنوعها، هذه المستجدات التي تضع الأستاذ أو التدريسي أمام حتمية تغيير أدواره. Abstract: Any attempt to improve an educational institution in order to achieve the desired level of quality in its outcomes requires those in charge to develop a clear vision for the future, based on a comprehensive, objective, and accurate assessment of the current situation in all its aspects, in order to formulate a clear and actionable plan aligned with the established outcome-based objectives, This necessitates a review of the roles and responsibilities of each party within its components, including the teacher as one of the active elements and the central figure in the educational process, because it is through the precise definition of their role that their responsibilities are determined, whether in the traditional model based on the centrality of their role and the implications of this position for the learner as one of the outcomes of this model, or in the modern model—including the digital one—in which the learner takes the central role without eliminating the teacher’s role, which will transform and evolve to become more precise and significant, This trend has been driven by technological advancements in media, communication, and connectivity, as well as the era of the knowledge explosion and the proliferation and diversity of knowledge sources. These developments place the teacher or instructor before the inevitability of changing their roles.
