الملخص

تعتبر الجامعة على مر العصور ومنذ نشأتها الأولى أعلى مراتب التحصيل العلمي والتطور الفكري وهي بذلك من أكثر المؤسسات المجتمعية مسؤولية تجاه طلابها و المجتمع وما تقدم له من خرجين صقلت شخصياتهم وأكملت تكوينهم وأصبحوا مهيئين للعمل على نهضة بلادهم وخدمة مجتمعهم. وبالمقابل لا أحد ينكرما آلت إليه منظومة القيم في مجتمعاتنا العربية بصفة عامة وفي الجزائر على وجه التحديد ، خاصة بعد انتشار الأنترنت وما خلفته العولمة من تداعيات مما أثر على الشباب والناشئة وجعلهم يخرجون عن ثقافتهم ودينهم وقيمهم المجتمعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة . القيم المجتمعية. Abstract: (150 words ) The university has been considered throughout the ages, since its earliest inception, the highest level of scientific attainment and intellectual development. And thus, it is among the most socially responsible institutions toward its students and society. And for what it provides in graduates whose personalities have been refined, whose training has been completed, and who have become professionals ready to contribute to the advancement of their country and the service of their society. Conversely, no one can deny the state to which the system of values in our Arab societies, in general, and in Algeria in particular, has come, especially after the spread of the Internet and the repercussions created by globalization. It has affected the youth and adolescents and made them drift away from their culture, religion, and societal values . Keywords: University, societal values.
