الملخص
سعت السلطات الجزائرية إلى توفير مناصب شغل للشباب، من خلال توفير أجهزة حكومية ترافق مشاريعهم المقاولتية من الفكرة إلى تجسيدها على أرض الواقع في شكل مؤسسات. وعلى هذا الأساس أتت دراستنا هذه إلى تشخيص واقع أحد الاجهزة الحكومية بالحنوب الجزائري خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2010-2017. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار رافقت وبشكل إيجابي جل المشاريع المقاولاتية للشباب الجزائري المقاول بالجنوب الكبير، الجنوب الشرقي والجنوب الغربي. Abstract The Algerian authorities have sought to provide jobs for youth, by providing government agencies that accompany their contracting projects from the idea to realizing it on the ground in the form of institutions. On this basis, our study came to diagnose the reality of one of the government agencies in Algerian habiyat during the period 2010-2017. The study concluded that the National Agency for Investment Development has positively accompanied most of the entrepreneurial projects of Algerian entrepreneurs in the Great South, the Southeast and the Southwest.
