الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن المعوقات الأكاديمية لتطبيق التعلم الإلكتروني لدى طلبة جامعة أم القرى في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا، وأيضًا الكشف عن المعوقات التقنية والفنية لاستخدام التعلم الإلكتروني لدى طلبة جامعة أم القرى في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا، ثم تقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات التي تزيد من فاعلية تطبيق التعلم الإلكتروني في جامعة أم القرى في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحالية، وما توصلت إليه الدراسات العلمية السابقة في هذا الشأن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الكيفي؛ حيث تم استخدام المقابلة المفتوحة مع عينة عمدية مكونة من (11) طالب، و(5) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وكان من أهم النتائج: صعوبة تطبيق التعلم الإلكتروني لبعض المواد التي تحتاج إلى مشاهدة واقعية، وعدم امتلاك بعض الطلبة جهاز حاسوب أو شبكة إنترنت، وضعف وانقطاع الإنترنت المتكرر، وضعف الدعم الفني الفوري وقت حدوث المشكلات الفنية والتقنية. Abstract: This study aimed to uncover the academic obstacles of applying e-learning to Umm Al-Qura University students in the light of the Corona pandemic, and also to reveal the technological and technical obstacles to the use of e-learning for Umm Al-Qura University students in the light of the Corona pandemic, as well as providing some suggestions and recommendations that increase the effectiveness of e-learning application at Umm Al-Qura University in the light of the results of the current study, and reviewing literature in this regard. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher relied on the qualitative descriptive method, through the open interview with a purposive sample consisting of (11) students and (5) faculty members. The most important results were: The difficulty of applying e-learning to some courses that need realistic viewing, the lack of some students having a computer or the Internet, and the weakness and interruption of the frequent Internet, and the weakness of immediate technical support at the time of technological and technical problems.
