قراءة نظرية لأسباب ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال في المجتمع الجزائري. A Theoretical View To The Reasons Of Children’s Kidnapping Phenomenon In The Algerian Society

الملخص
تعد ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال من أكثر القضايا التي هزت المجتمع الجزائري في السنوات الأخيرة، لأنّها بمثابة انتهاك صارخ لحرمة براءة الطفولة. ممّا جعلها تنال حظها من حيث اهتمام العديد من المختصين الذين ارجعوا هذه الظاهرة إلى عوامل نفسية واجتماعية. ولهذا أضحت هذه الظاهرة مصدر قلق وألم للعديد من الأسر الجزائرية، لما لها من تداعيات سواء على مستوى الأطفال الضحايا وأهاليهم أو على مستوى أفراد المجتمع ككل، وهذا ما جعل أولياء الأمور ولاسيما الأطفال منهم يعيشون وضع غير أمن وغير مستقر. وعليه سيتم التركيز في هذه الورقة البحثية على ماهية ظاهرة الاختطاف، أغراضها، أهم خصائصها ومختلف أسباب ارتكاب جريمة الاختطاف، لنعرج في الأخير على بعض التوصيات التي نراها مناسبة لحماية الأطفال من شبح هذه الظاهرة. Abstract: The children’s kidnapping is considered as the most crucial phenomenon that has shook the Algerian society in the recent years, as it is a flagrant violation of the children innocence, which made it gain the interest of many specialists; who attributed this phenomenon to psychological and social factors. That’s what made this phenomenon becoming a source of anxiety and soreness for many Algerian families, as it has repercussions, whether on the children as victims and their families, or on the society members' level, and this made parents and especially children living in insecure and unstable situation. Therefore; in this research we are going to focus on the definition of the kidnapping phenomenon, its purposes, its most important characteristics and the different reasons of committing this crime. Finally, we put the finger on some recommendations which are considered appropriate to protect children from the specter of this phenomenon
