Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the impact of intellectual capital (human, structural, and relational) on competitive performance in Algerian economic institutions in the Adrar province. Using a descriptive-analytical approach and a questionnaire tool, the results showed a statistically significant positive influence of the combined components of intellectual capital on enhancing competitiveness. The study provides a theoretical contribution and a practical foundation to support decision-makers in strengthening their investments in knowledge management to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
