الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر التدريب الميداني جزءا أساسيا من الخطط التعليمية الجامعية، وهو يسعى إلى الربط بين التعلم النظري والتطبيق العملي، بسد وردم الفجوة الموجودة بينهما، ذلك أن الخبرات الميدانية مكون هام ومطلب أساسي للإعداد المعرفي والمهني المتكامل للطالب الجامعي. وعلى هذا الأساس بنت المدارس العليا للأساتذة بالجزائر خطتها التعليمية، التي تختم بهذا المسار التكويني الهام، لاسيما وأن كل التخصصات التي تنتسب إلى هذه المدارس ذات صبغة عملية. ولكن يبقى هذا الجهد المبذول من الجهات الوصية، في بناء وتأطير برنامج تكويني عملي يساعد طلبة المدارس العليا، محتاجا للمزيد من الدراسة والبحث من أجل رصد كل العقبات التي تحول دون تحصيل أهداف التدريب الميداني ومخرجاته، ومن أجل تقديم مقترحات تحسن من مردوديته وإنتاجه، في سبيل بناء تكوين معرفي ومهني متكامل لطلبة المدارس العليا للأساتذة بالجزائر. ABSTRACT: Field training constitutes an essential component of university curricula, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application. Field experiences represent a crucial element and a fundamental requirement for the holistic cognitive and professional development of university student. Accordingly, Algeria’s Ecoles Normales Supérieures (Higher Teacher Training Schools) have structured their educational programs around this pivotal training pathway, particularly given that all disciplines offered within these institutions are inherently practice-oriented. Nevertheless, despite the efforts undertaken by supervisory authorities to design and implement a structured practical training program for students, further scholarly investigation remains necessary. Such research is needed to identify the obstacles hindering the achievement of field training objectives and intended outcomes, and to formulate evidence-based recommendations aimed at enhancing its effectiveness and productivity – ultimately contributing to the development of a comprehensive cognitive and professional training framework for students in Algeria’s Higher Teacher Training Schools.
