This paper analyzes the complex relationship between gender and terrorism as intertwined structures in producing symbolic violence and reshaping social identity. Terrorism is not confined to its political or security dimensions but emerges as a symbolic mechanism that reproduces gendered subordination and social hierarchy. Drawing on the perspectives of Butler, Foucault, Bourdieu, and Baudrillard, the study demonstrates how terrorist discourse redefines gender roles through the manipulation of meaning and fear, turning the body and the symbol into instruments of cultural and political domination. It concludes that understanding contemporary terrorism requires a gendered perspective that transcends security analysis toward a semiotic reading of social structures.
