Abstract: The electronic international commercial contract is one of the most prominent forms of modern contracts emerging from the digital environment. It is concluded via technological communication means between parties from different countries. This type of contract is characterized by unique characteristics, most notably its remote completion, its reliance on electronic media, and its close connection to international trade. This reality poses complex legal challenges, both at the level of formation and proof, and at the level of determining the applicable law and the competent authority in the event of a dispute. Rapid digital transformations highlight the need to develop national legislation, enhance recognition of modern technological means, particularly electronic signatures and digital documents, and activate alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as a means of ensuring legal security in the international electronic commercial environment
