الملخص
أضحى أمن الطاقة أحد تجليات المفاهيم الأمنية التي بدأت تتشكل وتأخذ مكانتها العلمية والعملية ضمن العديد من المتغيرات كونها المحرك الأساسي للاقتصاد خاصة بسبب ازدياد الحاجة الشديدة لها ، حيث تؤثر مصادر الطاقة كمورد استراتيجي على اتباع سياسة خارجية نشطة من عدمها وعلى مكانة الدولة و تموقعها في النظام الدولي. والأمن الطاقوي هو الحالة أو الوضعية التي تكون فيها إمدادات الطاقة متوفرة في كل الأوقات و بأشكال متعددة وبكميات كافية وبأسعار معقولة لتحقيق طاقات متجددة وتنمية مستدامة.تنويع مصادر الطاقة أصبح ضرورة قصد احداث القطيعة مع الاقتصاد الريعي ، ولعل الانتقال الى نموذج لاستهلاك الطاقة يقتضي خيارا إستراتيجية بدراسة الهيكل الحقيقي لاستهلاك الطاقة nergy security has become a manifestation of security concepts that are beginning to take shape and assume their scientific and practical place amidst numerous variables, given its role as a primary driver of the economy, especially due to the increasing and critical need for it. Energy sources, as a strategic resource, influence whether or not a country pursues an active foreign policy, and consequently, its standing and position within the international system. Energy security is the state or condition in which energy supplies are available at all times, in multiple forms, in sufficient quantities, and at reasonable prices to achieve renewable energy and sustainable development. Diversifying energy sources has become essential to break with a rentier economy, and the transition to a new energy consumption model necessitates a strategic choice involving a study of the actual structure of energy consumption
