The process of transforming artificial intelligence into an effective tool in the judicial field is considered a clear example of how modern technology can be leveraged to achieve legal objectives and enhance the effectiveness of judicial systems. This aims to explore and strengthen the role of international cooperation in developing the use of artificial intelligence in the judicial domain, with a focus on the practical and technical dimensions that lead to tangible improvements in legal systems. The methodology relies on a descriptive, analytical, and evidence-based inductive approach, through reviewing the practices of different countries where joint international projects have succeeded in accelerating knowledge exchange and the adoption of best practices. This has, in many cases, resulted in improved efficiency within courts, thereby assisting judges in making decisions based on reliable data and deeper analysis.
