This research examines Paul Feyerabend's philosophy of science, focusing on the concept of anarchism as a radical critique of traditional scientific methods that presuppose fixed rules and absolute rational standards governing scientific knowledge. The research seeks to expand upon the intellectual foundations from which Feyerabend rejected the idea of a single scientific method and advocated for methodological pluralism as a necessary condition for achieving scientific progress and intellectual creativity. It also discusses Feyerabend's critique of empiricist and critical rationalism, particularly regarding the distinction between the contexts of discovery and justification, demonstrating that this separation does not reflect the actual nature of scientific practice. Furthermore, the research highlights Feyerabend's conception of science as a human, historical, and cultural activity, inseparable from other forms of human knowledge. The research concludes that anarchism does not mean chaos or the denial of science, but rather represents a call for intellectual liberation and openness to the diversity of methodologies and intellectual alternatives.
