الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو تكوينهم الجامعي في ظل نظام ل.م.د انطلاقا من التساؤل التالي: ما هي طبيعة اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو تكوينهم الجامعي في ظل نظام ل.م.د؟ وقد انتهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ،وعينة تضم 60 طالبا تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، أما الأداة فتمثلت في استبيان يحتوي على 30 عبارة موزعة على ثلاث محاور ، المحور الأول مجال التدريس، المحور الثاني مجال البحث العلمي، المحور الثالث مجال خدمة المجتمع . توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن اتجاه طلبة الماستر نحو تكوينيهم الجامعي في ظل نظام ل.م.د. هو اتجاه سلبي سواء من حيث التدريس أو القيام بالأبحاث العلمية أو المساهمة في خدمة المجتمع . Abstract The study aimed to know the nature of the attitudes of master’s student’s towards their university education under the L.M.D system based in the following question: What is the nature of the attitudes of master’s student’s towards their university education under the L.M.D system ? The study adopted the descriptive approach , a sample of 60 students was selected using a stratified random sample method, the tool was a questionnaire containing 30 statements distributed over three axes: the first axis the field if teaching, the second axis is the field of scientific research and the third axis is the field if community service . The study reached the following results: the attitude of master’s student’s towards their university education under the L.M.D system is a negative attitude, whether in terms of teaching , conducting scientific research, or contributing to community service . Résumé : L’étude visait à connaitre la nature des attitudes des étudiants de master envers leur formation universitaire sous le système L.M.D, à partir de la question suivante :Quelle est la nature des attitudes des étudiants de master envers leur formation universitaire sous le système L.M.D ? L’étude a adopté une approche descriptive , un échantillon de 60 étudiants a été sélectionné selon une méthode d’échantillonnage aléatoire stratifié .L’outil utilisé était un questionnaire contenant 30 énoncés répartis sur trois axes : le premier axe est le domaine de l’enseignement, le deuxième axe est le domaine de la recherche scientifique et le troisième axe est le domaine du service communautaire. L’étude a abouti aux résultats suivants : L’attitude des étudiants de master envers leur formation universitaire dans le système L.M.D est une attitude négative, que ce soit en termes d’enseignement, de conduite de recherche scientifique ou de contribution au service communautaire.
