الآليات المتبعة لرقمنة أرشيف الثورة الجزائرية بالمتاحف: دراسة حالة بالمتحف الجهوي للمجاهد بسكرة

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف البحث للتعرف على مدى جاهزية المتحف الجهوي للمجاهد ببسكرة لتجسيد مشروع رقمنة الأرشيف التاريخي، والتعرف على الدعائم التكنولوجية والبشرية المتاحة، إضافة لتحديد أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه القائمين عليه، وهذا من خلال دراسة وصفية تم الاعتماد فيها على الملاحظة و المقابلة كأداتين أساسيتين لجمع البيانات .ومن بين أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها صعوبة تنفيذ مشروع جدي لرقمنة الوثائق التاريخية وإتاحتها نظرا لغموض الجانب القانوني وعدم التفصيل فيه، بالإضافة لضعف البنية التكنولوجية ونقص الكادر البشري المؤهل في هذا المجال. Abstract: The aim of this study is to assess the readiness of the Regional Museum of the Mujahid in Biskra to implement a project for the digitization of its historical archives. It further seeks to identify the available technological and human resources, as well as to determine the main challenges faced by the museum’s administrators. To achieve these objectives, a descriptive research methodology was adopted, relying primarily on observation and interviews as the main tools for data collection. Among the key findings of the study is the difficulty of implementing a serious and sustainable project for the digitization and accessibility of historical documents, due to the ambiguity and lack of specificity in the legal framework. Additionally, the study highlights the weakness of the technological infrastructure and the shortage of qualified human resources in this field.
