This study examines environmental entrepreneurship as a catalyst for sustainable tourism, fostering ecological resilience and socioeconomic development. Adopting a descriptive-analytical methodology rooted in a conceptual framework, the paper analyzes how eco-entrepreneurship integrates environmental sustainability with economic growth, while identifying key barriers: inadequate infrastructure, limited funding, scarce specialized human capital, and weak institutional support. The research highlights enabling mechanisms—policy frameworks, financial incentives, and capacity-building programs—that empower green initiatives. Theoretical insights position environmental entrepreneurship not merely as an economic activity, but as a transformative model aligning ecological preservation, community empowerment, and responsible innovation. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations to strengthen the enabling environment for green innovation in Algeria and comparable contexts. Jel Classification Codes: Q01, Q56, L83, M13
