Abstract Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies are a fundamental pillar of Saudi Arabia's strategy to achieve Net-Zero emissions by 2060. However, financing these projects faces significant hurdles, including high capital intensity, lack of transparency, and long payback periods. This study aims to propose an innovative financing model that integrates Sustainable Sukuk with Blockchain technology to bridge the funding gap in this sector. The research employs a deductive-analytical approach, utilizing a SWOT analysis to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed model. The findings indicate that the implementation of Smart Contracts significantly reduces transaction costs and enhances investor confidence through the full automation of Sharia and environmental compliance, providing real-time, immutable tracking of carbon sequestration. The study concludes by presenting an executive roadmap linking key national stakeholders (e.g., the Saudi Green Initiative and the Ministry of Energy) to operationalize this model. It recommends developing regulatory frameworks for Digital Sukuk to solidify the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for the Circular Carbon Economy (CCE) and green finance. Keywords: keywords; keywords; keywords; keywords; keywords: Carbon Capture (CCS), Sustainable Sukuk, Blockchain, Saudi Vision 2030, Islamic Finance, Smart Contracts.
