Abstract: Algeria is considered one of the most important regions in North Africa, Which recorded a dense presence of Acheulean sites, It is of the oldest stone cultures that dates back to the Lower Paleolithic period, It also witnessed a geographical distribution across its Eastern, Western, and Southern regions, which raises questions about the dynamics of the geographical spread of the Acheuleans, and the extent to which it was influenced by environmental, geomorphological, and cultural factors. Therfore, this study aims to compare the distribution of Acheulean sites in Eastern, Western, and Southern Algeria, and to analyze the similarities and differnces between them ; Relying on the results of recent field research as well as classical studies.
