المقاصد القرآنية وأثرها في نقد التفسير عند المفسرين المعاصرين

الملخص
ملخص المقال : هذه الدراسة تكشف عن أثر المقاصد القرآنية في نقد الأقوال التفسيرية وتمحيصها والترجيح فيما بينها عند المفسرين المعاصرين، كما تهدف إلى بيان كيفية توظيف المفسرين المعاصرين للفهم المقاصدي في عملية نقد التفسير. وعليه تضمنت هذه الدراسة مطلبين: الأول خصصته للدراسة النظرية وتضمن أربعة فروع، والثاني خصصته للدراسة التطبيقية وتضمن أربعة فروع. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الاستناد إلى المقاصد القرآنية يضبط العملية التفسيرية ويقلل من الخطأ في فهم معنى الآية، وأنّ النظر المقاصدي كان له أثر كبير في نقد التفسير والتمييز بين الأقوال والآراء. كلمات مفتاحية: النقد، المقاصد القرآنية، التفسير، المفسرون. Abstract: This study investigates the influence of Quranic higher objectives (maqāṣid) on the critical evhasaluation, scrutiny, and prioritization of interpretive opinions among contemporary exegetes. It further aims to elucidate how contemporary interpreters employ a purposive understanding in the process of Quranic exegetical criticism. Consequently, the study is structured into two main sections: the first is dedicated to the theoretical framework and comprises four subsections, while the second is devoted to the applied study and also includes four subsections.The study concludes with several key findings, the most significant being that grounding exegetical work in the Quranic higher objectives regulates the interpretive process and reduces errors in comprehending the meaning of the verses. Furthermore, the consideration of these objectives was found to play a major role in critiquing interpretations and distinguishing between various opinions and viewpoints.
