The study aims to identify the importance of sports practice on self-efficacy among people with mobility disabilities, as it is closely related to it. Self-efficacy is an individual's confidence in his ability to perform tasks and achieve goals, as it plays a pivotal role in the extent of individuals' readiness to participate in sports activities and overcome difficulties associated with disability. Regular exercise develops a sense of competence and achievement, which increases self-efficacy. In contrast, high self-efficacy leads an individual to continue sports activities and increase his commitment to them.
