Abstract

Waqf in Islamic jurisprudence is to lock up the asset and use the benefit, i.e. prevent the disposal of the suspended money (sale, gift or inheritance) with directing its benefits to the aspects of righteousness and goodness identified by the Waqf the management of waqf property in Islamic jurisprudence is based on honesty, good management and compliance with the condition of the Waqf with legitimate and judicial control and ensures the protection of the Waqf and the sustainability of its benefits to serve the community الكلمات المفتاحية:
