الضمانات القانونية لحماية حقوق ضحايا جرائم الاتجار بالبشر

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول جريمة الاتجار بالبشر باعتبارها ظاهرة إجرامية معقدة تمس جوهر الكرامة الإنسانية إذ تقوم على استغلال الأشخاص بوسائل غير مشروعة، كالإكراه والخداع، ولأغراض متنوعة تشمل التشغيل القسري أو الاستغلال الجنسي أو تحقيق منافع اقتصادية غير قانونية، وتزداد خطورة هذه الجريمة بفعل انتشارها واتساع شبكاتها، ما يجعل مكافحتها من القضايا الملحة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي ، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح أهم الاليات القانونية المكرسة لحماية ضحايا الاتجار بالبشر و التي تهدف الى الوقاية من هذه الجريمة و تقديم الدعم اللازم للضحايا. The abstract: This study aims to address the crime of human trafficking as a complex criminal phenomenon that affects the very essence of human dignity, as it relies on the exploitation of individuals through unlawful means such as coercion and deception, for various purposes including forced labor, sexual exploitation, or obtaining illegal economic benefits. The severity of this crime is amplified by its widespread prevalence and the expansion of trafficking networks, making its combat a pressing issue at both national and international levels. This study also seeks to clarify the main legal mechanisms established to protect victims of human trafficking, which aim to prevent this crime and provide the necessary support to the victims.
