الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد الجوانب الجوهرية في العملية التربوية، وهو الجانب الأخلاقي والإنساني الذي أُهمل طويلاً في الدراسات التربوية لصالح المقاربات التقنية المرتكزة على الأداء والقياس. فالمدرسة، رغم كونها فضاءً لاكتساب المعارف، تُعد أيضًا مجالاً لبناء القيم وترسيخ المبادئ التي تسهم في تكوين شخصية المتعلم. ومن هذا المنطلق، يبرز الدور الأخلاقي للمعلم بوصفه عنصرًا أساسيًا في تحقيق التربية الشاملة التي تدمج بين المعرفة والسلوك. وتعمل هذه الدراسة على تقديم قراءة تُعيد الاعتبار للبعد الأخلاقي باعتباره جزءًا من الممارسة البيداغوجية اليومية، مرتبطًا بالمنهج الخفي الذي ينقله المعلم من خلال مواقفه وسلوكياته دون تعليم مباشر. كما تتناول الدراسة المعلم كفاعل تربوي له دور حاسم في تفعيل المنهج التربوي في واقعه العملي، بما يحمله من مسؤولية في ترسيخ قيم إيجابية وتعزيز العلاقات التربوية. وتهدف الورقة في النهاية إلى إبراز أهمية تعزيز البعد الإنساني في التعليم كرافعة لتحسين جودة العملية التربوية. الكلمات المفتاحية: البعد الأخلاقي، المعلم، المسؤولية، التدريس، المنهج الخفي. Abstract : This research paper aims to shed light on one of the fundamental aspects of the educational process, which is the ethical and human aspect that has long been neglected in educational studies in favor of technical approaches based on performance and measurement. School, although it is a space for acquiring knowledge, is also a field for building values and consolidating principles that contribute to shaping the learner's personality. From this perspective, the moral role of the teacher emerges as a fundamental element in achieving comprehensive education that integrates knowledge and behavior. This study works to provide a reading that reconsiders the ethical dimension as part of daily pedagogical practice, linked to the hidden curriculum that the teacher conveys through his attitudes and behaviors without direct education. The study also addresses the teacher as an educational actor who has a crucial role in activating the educational curriculum in his practical reality, with the responsibility he bears in establishing positive values and strengthening educational relations. Ultimately, the paper aims to highlight the importance of enhancing the human dimension in education as a lever for improving the quality of the educational process.
